Our Red Rice Flakes (Red Poha) are essentially flattened red rice made into flakes. Red rice contains anthocyanins and red rice poha benefits from its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities of these. Poha is made by parboiling rice, drying it, and then it is pounded into flakes. The drying process causes mild fermentation, so making the poha a probiotic, fiber-rich tonic for gut health.
