Sprouted Rajgira Roti (Gluten-Free Flatbread)


Ingredients:

1 cup Sprouted Rajgira Flour

1 small boiled potato (mashed, for binding)

½ tsp cumin seeds

Salt to taste

Warm water (as needed)

Ghee (for cooking)


Steps:



  • In a bowl, mix Rajgira Flour, mashed potato, cumin, and salt.
  • Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • Roll into small rotis using a rolling pin or by patting with hands.
  • Cook on a tawa with ghee until golden brown.
