Washed & Dried Organic Black Urad Dal, Washed & dried White Urad dal, Washed & Dried Organic unpolished Rice, Organic Fenugreek, Almond, Cashew, Pistachio, Dry Ginger, Cardamom

Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons Black Urad Dal Porridge Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt or Jaggery (as per taste, optional)


Instructions:

  1. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Black Urad Dal Porridge Mix with 1 cup of water or milk in a pan. Stir well to avoid lumps.
  2. Cook the mixture on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to the desired consistency.
  3. If the porridge is too thick, add a little more water or milk and stir until smooth.
  4. Add salt or jaggery to taste, depending on your baby’s preference.
  5. Let the porridge cool to a safe temperature before serving.
