Sprouted Emmer Wheat Roti


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sprouted Emmer Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup Water (adjust as needed)
  • ¼ tsp Salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp Ghee/Oil (for soft rotis)


Steps:

1️⃣ Mix flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

2️⃣ Divide into small balls and roll into thin rotis.

3️⃣ Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until golden spots appear.

4️⃣ Apply ghee and serve hot with curry or chutney!
