Instructions to Use
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Roasted Emmer Wheat Dhaliya (finely ground)
- 1 cup of water or milk (depending on your baby’s age and preference)
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional, for flavor)
- A small amount of ghee or butter (optional, for added richness)
Instructions:
- Mix with Water:
- In a small saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of Emmer wheat dhaliya and 1 cup of water (or milk if your baby can tolerate it).
- Cook the Mixture:
- Stir the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.
- Let it simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes or until the Emmer wheat is fully cooked and has a soft, porridge-like consistency.
- Add Flavor (Optional):
- For babies older than 6 months, you can add a pinch of cardamom powder for flavor.
- If you’re introducing ghee or butter, add a small amount towards the end for added richness and nourishment.
- Cool and Serve:
