Storage Advice

Instructions to Use

  1. Prepare Batter: To make dosas, take the desired amount of the instant multigrain dosa mix in a bowl.
  2. Add Water: Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to regular dosa batter.
  3. Rest the Batter: Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes. This allows the flours to absorb water and results in better dosas.
  4. Heat the Griddle: Heat a dosa tawa (griddle) on medium heat. Once hot, lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
  5. Pour and Spread: Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the hot tawa. Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  6. Cook the Dosa: Cook the dosa on medium heat until the edges start to lift, and the bottom turns golden brown.
  7. Flip and Cook (Optional): Flip the dosa and cook the other side briefly if you prefer a crispier texture.
  8. Serve: Once cooked to your liking, transfer the instant multigrain dosa to a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the instant multigrain dosas with chutney, sambar, or any preferred side dish.

This mix is convenient for quick dosa preparation and provides a nutritious blend of various grains.
