A healthy, gluten-free roti using Sprouted Jowar Flour from THE MILLET STORE.


Ingredients:

1 cup Sprouted Jowar Flour

½ cup Warm Water

Salt to taste

Ghee (optional, for serving)


Steps:

1️⃣ Knead Dough: Mix flour, salt, and warm water into a soft dough. Rest for 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Roll Out: Take a small portion, roll into a round shape using a rolling pin.

3️⃣ Cook Roti: Heat a tawa, cook the roti on medium flame until golden spots appear. Flip and cook the other side.

4️⃣ Serve Warm: Brush with ghee and enjoy with curry or chutney!
