Ingredients

Naati Coriander Seeds, Red chilli (Guntur & Byadagi), Turmeric, Black pepper, Cumin seeds, Fennel, Cloves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Star anise, Bayleaf, Mace, Kasoori Methi, Himalayan Pink salt

Instructions to Use

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry 2 sliced onions until golden.
  2. Add 1 tomato and cook until soft.
  3. Add 2–3 teaspoons of Mutton Masala and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add ½ kg mutton, salt, and mix well.
  5. Add 1–1½ cups water.
  6. Cook in a pressure cooker for 3–4 whistles (or until soft).
  7. Add ½ teaspoon Mutton Masala at the end for extra aroma.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
