Jowar Cheela Mix – 1 cup
Water – ¾ to 1 cup (adjust as needed)
Curd (optional) – 2 tbsp (for extra softness)
Chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves (optional)
Ghee or oil – for cooking
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Jowar Cheela Mix.
Gradually add ¾ to 1 cup of water to form a smooth batter.
For a softer texture, add 2 tbsp curd (optional).
Let the batter rest for 20 minutes & add water to make batter to Slightly runny consistency
Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves - Optional
Heat a tawa (griddle) and lightly grease it with ghee or oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion like a dosa.
Cook on medium flame until the edges start lifting.
Cook both sides until golden brown and crisp.
Enjoy with chutney, curd, or pickle
