Our Sprouted Multi-Grain Atta is a nutrient-rich, easily digestible flour made from carefully selected whole grains and lentils. It is freshly prepared in small batches to retain maximum freshness and nutrition.


How It’s Made:

Sprouting – Whole grains and lentils are washed, soaked, and sprouted to enhance nutrition and digestibility.

Sun-Drying – The sprouted grains are naturally dried to preserve nutrients.

Stone Grinding – The dried grains are slow-ground using traditional stone mills to maintain their natural fiber and texture.

Freshly Packed – The flour is immediately packed to ensure freshness and purity, without preservatives or additives.

Sprouted Wheat -600g, Sprouted Emmer Wheat- 100g, Sprouted Bajra 75g, Sprouted Ragi 75g, Sprouted Green Gram dal 75g, Sprouted Channa Dal 75g, Fenugreek -5g, Poppy Seeds-2g

Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sprouted Multi-Grain Atta
  • ½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions:

  • Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  • Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • Rest for 10 minutes (optional for softer rotis).
  • Divide into small balls and roll into thin circles.
  • Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until both sides have brown spots.
  • Serve warm with curry, dal, or ghee.
