The Millet Store Emmer Wheat Multi-Grain Atta comes in packs of 500 gm and 1 kg. We use 60% emmer wheat; while multi-grains like channa dal, maize, ragi, barley, jowar, flax seeds and chia seeds constitute another 38%, with poppy seeds and fenugreek completing the riot of nutrition and taste. This atta is richer in texture and colour due to a diverse blend of whole grains, giving you a soft pliable dough to work it any way you please.

 Maize - A superb gluten-free option, maize supplies essential amino acids to the body and supports eye health. It also helps to sustain bone density.

Ragi – An easy-to-digest grain, ragi is rich in calcium and is generally considered good for diabetics, young mothers and children.

Jowar or Sorghum – An effective gluten-free alternative, these yellow globules of grain relieve constipation and control blood sugar. It is high in protein, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.

Flax seeds – These brown seeds are packed with health benefits. A friend of the heart, they aid easy digestion and regulate blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels. They reduce the risk of cancer and boost overall immunity.
