Ingredients

Dry ginger, Green cardamom, Black cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamom, Fennel seeds, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Ajwain

Instructions to Use

For 1 cup of Masala Chai:

  • Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves and ¼ teaspoon of Tea Masala.
  • Let it boil for 2–3 minutes to infuse the spices.
  • Pour in ½ cup of milk (or as desired).
  • Simmer for another 2 minutes for a rich aroma and golden colour.
  • Strain, add jaggery or sugar if preferred, and enjoy hot!

  • For stronger flavour, add the Tea Masala while boiling the water with tea leaves.
