Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons instant ginger kashayam powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery (optional, for sweetness)
  • Fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Tulsi (holy basil) leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water:
  2. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  3. Add Instant Ginger Kashayam Powder:
  4. Add the instant ginger kashayam powder to the boiling water. Stir well to ensure it dissolves completely.
  5. Simmer:
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  7. Sweeten (Optional):
  8. If desired, add honey or jaggery to sweeten the kashayam. Stir until it dissolves.
  9. Add Lemon Juice (Optional):
  10. Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice into the kashayam for added flavor and vitamin C. Adjust the quantity to your taste.
  11. Add Tulsi Leaves (Optional):
  12. Optionally, add fresh tulsi leaves for additional aroma and potential health benefits.
  13. Serve Warm:
