Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Millet flakes (washed and drained)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small carrot + capsicum (chopped)
  • Curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chilli
  • Turmeric, salt, lemon juice
  • Groundnut oil or ghee

Method:

  • Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, chilli.
  • Add veggies and sauté for 2–3 mins.
  • Add turmeric + salt + soaked flakes.
  • Toss well. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
  • Finish with lemon juice & coriander.
