 Sprouted Horse Gram Dosa 🥞


A quick, protein-rich dosa using Sprouted Horse Gram Flour from THE MILLET STORE.


Ingredients:

1 cup Sprouted Horse Gram Flour

½ cup Rice Flour (optional for crispiness)

1 cup Water (adjust as needed)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

½ tsp cumin seeds

Salt to taste

Oil for cooking


Steps:

1️⃣ Mix Batter: Combine flours, water, onion, cumin, and salt into a smooth batter.

2️⃣ Heat Pan: Lightly grease a pan and heat on medium flame.

3️⃣ Make Dosa: Pour a ladle of batter, spread thin, and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
