A quick, protein-rich, and healthy recipe using Sprouted Green Gram Flour from THE MILLET STORE.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sprouted Green Gram Flour
  • ½ cup Water (adjust for consistency)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped, optional)
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil or ghee for cooking


Steps:

1️⃣ Mix Batter: Combine flour, water, onion, chili, cumin, and salt into a smooth batter.
