 Rajgira Roti (Gluten-Free Flatbread)


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Rajgira flour
  • ½ cup boiled & mashed potato (helps in binding)
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • Water as needed

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
  2. Roll out small rotis using a rolling pin (use parchment paper to prevent sticking).
  3. Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with curd, chutney, or sabzi.
