Missi roti is a Punjabi delicacy served with curries and gravies. It is a delightful element of the quintessential flat bread/tandoori roti basket at any North Indian restaurant. Missi atta is an irresistible blend of chana dal (besan) flour and whole wheat flour. At The Millet Store, we combine sharbati wheat, chana dal, turmeric powder, ajwain, hing and pink salt; and pack them according to the preferences of our valued customers in quantities of 500 gm and 1 kg.

The Millet Store Missi Atta is ideal for a gluten-free diet, containing iron and sodium in ideal quantities. It reduces cholesterol and assists in weight management, while the presence of besan makes it a rich source of protein. It increases digestion ability, regulates blood pressure, enhances brain health, strengthens the bones and improves immunity.

A useful tip - Simply add some chopped onion and green chillies to recreate the authentic taste of traditional missi rotis right at home!
