HOW TO USE
Take the MULTI MILLET ADAI MIX in a bowl.
Then add the chopped onions, grated carrot, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste. Add enough water and mix to get a dosa consistency batter.Adjust the salt to your taste.
Rest the batter for 20 Mins
Heat a dosa tawa and pour 1-2 ladles of the batter and spread like an adai. It should be slightly thicker than dosa.
After a few seconds drizzle oil and cook on a medium flame. When the top changes colour, turn the adai and continue to cook the other side.
Delicious Instant Adai is ready to be served. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
