Instructions to Use

Sprouted Wheat Roti (Soft & Nutritious Flatbread)


Ingredients:

1 cup Sprouted Wheat Flour

¼ tsp salt (optional)

Water (as needed)

Ghee or oil (for cooking)


Steps:

Mix flour and salt, then slowly add water to form a soft dough.

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Roll into thin rotis and cook on a hot tawa, flipping until golden brown.

Brush with ghee and serve with curry or curd!
