Instructions to Use

Bajra Roti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bajra Flour
  • Warm water (as needed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix bajra flour with salt.
  • Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • Take a small portion and flatten it by hand or roll gently using a rolling pin.
  • Cook on a hot tawa, pressing gently until both sides turn golden brown.
  • Apply ghee and serve hot.

Best served with:

Curd, dal, sabzi, or jaggery and ghee.
