Millet Adai Mix is a blend of various millets & grains, pulses, including Activated kodo millet, urad dal, green gram dal, Toor dal, fenugreek, and spices. It is a good source of protein, fiber, and minerals. It is also low in glycemic index, making it suitable for diabetic patients.

Ingredients

Activated Barnyard millet, Activated Foxtail Millet, Activated Little Millet, Activated Kodo millet, Idly rice, Urad dal, Fenugreek, Salt gram dal, Toor dal, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Asafoetedia, Curry leaves, Salt, Whole White Urad dal, Green Gram Dal

Instructions to Use

  1. Take 1 cup of Millet Adai Mix and add approx. ¾ to 1 cup of water to make a thick, spreadable batter. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Optional: Add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, green chilies, or grated carrots for extra flavor.
  3. Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thick circle like uttapam. Drizzle oil around the edges.
  4. Cook on medium flame till golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
  5. Serve hot with chutney, jaggery, or curd.
