Sprouted Jowar Dosa


  • 1 cup sprouted jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (optional)
  • Oil for cooking


Instructions:

  1. Mix sprouted jowar flour, rice flour, salt, and cumin seeds in a bowl. Gradually add water and stir to make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan. Grease with a little oil.
  3. Pour a ladle of batter on the pan. Spread it thin. Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until the edges lift, and the bottom is crispy (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from the pan and serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
