Instructions to Use

Once opened store in air tight container.

This one single health mix can be used to prepare Adai, Dosa,Puttu, Kozhukattai, Laddu.

  • For Sweet Porridge:

add 1 tbsp of health mix with 1 cup of milk or water,

boil for 2 to 3 minutes and sweeten it with required sugar / palm sugar.

  • For Salt Porridge:

add 1 tbsp of health mix to 1 cup of water, boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 1/4 tsp of salt.

Switch off the flame and if preferred, add 2 tbsp of butter milk.
