Activated Ragi – 10%, Activated Moong Dal – 8%, Activated Emmer Wheat – 8%, Activated Little Millet – 6%, Activated Foxtail Millet – 6%, Activated Fried Gram Dal – 6%, Activated Kodo Millet – 5%, Activated Barnyard Millet – 5%, Activated Jowar – 5%, Activated Red Rice – 5%, Oats – 5%, Activated Black Urad Dal – 5%, Barley – 4%, Activated Horse Gram – 3%, Activated Maize – 3%, Almonds – 3%, Cashews – 3%, Pistachios – 2%, Sago – 2%, Cardamom – 0.5%, Dry Ginger – 0.5%, Long Pepper – 0.5%

Instructions to Use

  1. Take 2 tbsp (20g) of Multi Millet Health Mix.
  2. Add ½ cup water and mix well to avoid lumps.
  3. Cook on a low flame for 3–4 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Once thick, add ½ cup milk (optional) and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Sweeten with jaggery, dates powder, or brown sugar as preferred.
  6. Serve warm.
