Instructions to Use

Sprouted Bajra Flour Roti (Soft & Nutritious Flatbread) 🌿🍽️


A wholesome and gluten-free alternative to regular rotis, packed with the goodness of Sprouted Bajra Flour from The Millet Store.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouted bajra flour
  • ¼ cup warm water (adjust as needed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ghee or oil (optional, for softness)
  • Dry bajra flour (for rolling)


Steps:

1️⃣ Prepare Dough: In a bowl, mix sprouted bajra flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough. Apply a little ghee/oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

2️⃣ Roll Rotis: Take a small portion of dough, dust with dry flour, and roll it gently into a thin roti.

3️⃣ Cook on Tawa: Heat a tawa and cook the roti on medium flame for about 30 seconds on each side. Flip and press gently to puff up.

4️⃣ Serve Warm: Enjoy with dal, sabzi, or a drizzle of ghee!
