Ingredients

WASHED & DRIED MILLETS (Foxtail millet:Kodo Millet:Little millet:Barnyard Millet:Browntop millet)

Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Multi Millet Flour
  • ¼ cup Wheat Flour (optional)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • ½ cup Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Ghee (for kneading)
  • Ghee or Oil (for cooking)


Steps:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough using warm water. Rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll into rotis.

Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until golden brown. Apply ghee if needed.

Serve hot with curry, dal, or chutney.
